Fuel lines..how much

I have a camaro offered to me for $350.00 which has some parts I can use on my other camoro. Tha main thing wrong with it is faulty fuel lines. I guess it leaks so much the trip which would tank a half/gallon - gallon takes 3-4 gallons. SO how much would you guys estimate it would cost a professional to do this? If anyone in ohio wants to help I'll buy beer

Not sure what year the Camaro is, but if its fuel injected check at the fuel filter. A lot of times people install the filters, and lose the rubber 'O' rings causing it to leak like crazy.

If you can localize the leak you can get a fuel line patch kit at any auto parts store in the red help section. It's basicly a piece of fuel line with unions. You can cut the bad section out, and install the patch.

If your planning on replacing the entire fuel line, your best off hitting the junk yard, cause theres a lot of line bending envolved, and I'll bet you anything thats what a shop will probally do.

Good Luck,

Ron
