Power steering pulley instalation??

Hey guys I was wondering if there is something I can use to put this pully on the power steering pump easier then this stupid bolt and washer thing cause we striped it out on my freinds pump and i know its not gonna work for me? thanks

If you don't have access to a press:

Better quality bolt & nut, thicker washer; a socket works well instead of a washer
