where to go from here
alright, i have an 89 350 iroc. mostly stock all it has is: flowmaster cat-back, gutted airboxes, k&n's, transgo shiftkit, and hypertech chip.
where should i go from here, i was thinking 1 of these 3 options. cam, headders, or gears.
i know i will prolly feel the most gain from the gears b/c right now i have the 2.77 and am planning on switching to 3.4x. but what option would be best to go with right now?
and if you think somthing other to what i have listed would be better, LMK, im open to ideas

Gears are a pretty much a definite mod that you will feel. I would say go for some 3.55s. They will offer a huge increase over your stock ratio and still offer a good cruise RPM on the highway.
Headers and a high flowing y-pipe are another good upgrade that you will feel. They also add to good air flow for future upgrades. I would hold off on a cam until the airflow areas are addressed first. Exhaust, intake, and head upgrades should be done to really bring out a new camshaft.
Another thing is that porting of your stock base and some high flow runners are a known way to help a TPI breathe. Learning to tune PROMs now is also a great way to find some performance and optimize every mod you do in the future. Best to start with a stock engine, which you basically have...
