Good Set-Up/Q's

After attending a dyno gathering with the Cascade Crew this past weekend i have decided that i really like the Mini Ram and LT4 Hotcam combo. What kind of numbers and times could a set up like this do? Sorry if stuff like this gets brought up a lot but I want to start my next build up soon and need to know if the set-up is good or not for a daily driver. Im looking to still get about 15MPG city and about 25MPG highway with a 6spd swap. Here's the combo im thinking of:

ENGINE:

- 350 4bolt main
- Summit Cast 383 Stroker Crank
- SpeedPro PowerForged pistons
- Mini Ram w/ 30lb injectors and AFPR (maybe 36lb?)
- LT4 Hotcam
- AFR 195cc Heads
- Serpentine Pulley system
- MSD ignition
- High Volume Fuel pump

TRANSMISSION

- 6spd from LS1 T/A or Camaro w/ short throw shifter

EXHAUST:

- Edelbrock Headers w/ air tubes
- Electronic Cutout
- High flow cat- 3''
- Flowmaster 3'' Catback (80 series muffler)

SUSPENSION/TIRES (for 1/4 estimates if anyone wants to take a stab at it)

- Eibach Pro-kit
- SFC's
- Nitto 555R tires

Also any input is welcome, just remember this will be my daily driver!

I say you put out 420-430 hp if it is tuned right, as fro the MPG the 15 sound right but the 25 is pushing it. IMO very nice combo.

If i put a little bit bigger cam in it would the horsepower go up but not effect the gas milage much? Im lookin to get my car into the high 11's low 12's. How about this cam with that setup?

Ultradyne 284/292 adv-230/238 @.050, .565/.565 w/ AFR 210cc heads

No way! I say the more cam the motor has the worse the fuel economy. Your engine will be all sluggish for daily driving with that cam and heads, yeah it will rip at the track but it won't do too well on the street. I say you could get 12's out of that easy as for 11's...you would have to have everything tuned perfect, like the chassis.

So i should stick with the hotcam and the 195cc heads? Was this the one you were refering to saying it could get into the 11's properly tuned with good suspension and tires like DR's?

Let's see, I should be running into the twelves this weekend now that I have my 3 inch cat-back, and that's with an edel-600 carb, stock iron vortec heads, stock stall, only .492 lift on hotcam(1.5 rockers). So if you run better heads like the AFR 195's and a 383 and perfectly tuned mini-ram with slicks and a stall converter you should be in the high11's. BTW if you don't already have the flow-catback you should get the Hooker one cause it gave me a good amount of power and better sound over my Flowmaster.

I was considering a setup similar to that myself, only with AFR 180s that have some porting done to them, enlarging the intake volume somewhat. The idea being that the smaller intake runner vol would compliment the hotcam, being that it's a relatively small cam for a 383 to begin with.
This viewpoint is shared by a number of pros that I've talked with. And some of the posts I've read here by the guys using 170cc vortec heads on 383s, makes me think that there's probably some validity to that.
It isn't exactly the hot street racing combo, but it seems like it could be practical for the street, especially if MPG is a consideration.
This is my first stroker so I've got more questions than answers, I'm just repeating some of the feedback that I've recieved from those who are more experienced than I am.
