ok i am basically broke...lol but i wanna do some free mods on both a 89 firebird tpi and a 93 z28...if anyone knows a site or somewhere that i can get a lsit of free mods for either of the two cars that would help a lot..

my friend has a 93 probe gt that he does these free mods and some make a difference but others don't...i will still smoke that lil rice burner

Hey we're in the same boat!
Might want to try the Throttle Body Bypass, see the tech articles. Also try gutting your airbox, or rigging up a ram-air. Just need some flexible tubing and clamps. In the Z28 take out the a high-beam light if u can, and have the tubing begin where the light was taken out.

Also, timing advance costs absolutely nothing if u have a timing light. Lighten the car up, remove all that junk you've been meaning to [TV, month old cheeseburger, beer) take the spare out to. Removal of the back seats is really easy, but they are really just cushions that weigh nothing.
