Diagnostic Results: Need Help
I just used a Auto Xray diagnostic tool on my 91 L03 RS.
I have no trouble codes which is great. I read the operation data and I recognized that it says im running lean. What can I do to adjust this, or is it even worth adjusting? Would i get more power by adjusting it?

PROM ID- 1111 01
Batt Vltg- Low: No 15
MAP Sensor- 0.90 volts 05
Air Switch- Solenoid On 19
O2 Sensor- 444 mVolts 09
High Gear- Not engaged 23
Manifold Air Tmp- 69.8* 13
Coolant Temp- 75.2* 03
Rich/Lean Flag- Lean 17
Throttle Sensor- 0.58 volts 07
TCC Status- Not Locked 21
Knock Sensor- 0 11
