Lifter wear

How much wear is acceptable on the outside of the lifter. Please take a look at these pictures and tell me if these lifters look like they would be any good.
Thanks,
Scott

any wear is unacceptable, usually the bottom out of flat fails a solid or hydrolic flat lifter and wear o nthe roller fails a roller lifter

The wear I'm talking about is on the sides of the lifter not on the rollers themselves.
-Thanks for the reply

As long as theres no wear on the rollers I wouldnt think twice about re-using them. You might want to check the lifter bores to make sure there aren't any nicks or gouges in them.

i always run a hone through the lifter bores to smooth up any nicks or rough spots.
