is it possible..
for a C5 vette engine to fit and function properly in a 89 rs.would there be any major modifications needed to be done to the engine bay?.it looks like there would be no room at all in there for this monster.[the transmission is available to me also].
anything's possible ,and this wouldn't be any differant than swapping in most any other engine that never came in our cars. important thing to do is get all the wireing, relays ,brackets and anything else you think you might need.

Even if the tranny is available, in case you didn't know, the tranny bolts directly to the rear-end, not the engine.
