ok...i still have a slight hesitation at WOT and high rpm's...im thinking it's either my small air cleaner (the lid of the cleaner gets sucked down when i apply throttle) and my cat is probably really clogged from running rich for so long.
or could it be my secondaries kicking in, and the jets are still too big?
also, my fuel pressure is at like 5psi. would 7psi help?

You also need to go make a 1/4 mile pass on a safe road. Then pull over and check your plugs. You may be too lean with those jets. I could be wrong, but you should check your plugs.
Your fuel pressure should be ok at 5 psi
