Not sure where to ask?

Are monte carlo ss (around 86) any different than camaro's motor wise? I like the look better but was wondering what the differnces were between the cars?

Axle/Gears: 3.92 Dana 44

No Monte ever came with a 350 or any decent induction such as TPI

The ones to look for are the L69 ones.... 305 4-barrel, HO

They had a decent induction system with some RPM capability and affordable upgrade potential, instead of TPI
