3.1L stalling

I have a 91 RS with the 3.1 V-6. The car starts and runs fine but after it warms up it surges and then stalls out at redlights, stops, etc. I have changed the ignition module, digital EGR, spark plugs, wires. As long as the car is moving then it runs great but when you stop is when it gets erratic idle and then shuts off. It will start up again on the first try every time.
