What do I torque my runners too?

Is it 20 ?

A safe figure to use for all the fasteners on the intake base, runners, and plenum is 18 ft/lb. Some of them are specified at 18 ft/lb. Some allow a range of 15-20 ft/lb., so 18 is always a safe number. The TB bolts should be 18 as well, but the IAC should be 30 in/lb on '85-'89 engines, 13 ft/lb on '90-'92 engines.
