Which is best Carb?

I know this is not the carb section but its the most viewed section on this forum!!!!

Which carb is best for a 350 not the size but which brand Edelbrock/Holley or Demon?

Ive had holley in the past but not edelbrock or Demon.....Every one seems to have holleys but theres a lot af talk about Demon carbs ie value for money perfomance and looks and tunabilty????

Whats your views.....:lala:

ya... i've heard demon actually flows like.. 10 to 14% more than what they rate it.... when build my engine, i'm going w/ a 830 cfm demon carb, or 850 or 750 or something...

i think for the most part, it's personal preference... i duno tho, i'm not the master of carbs, i only know what i've read.

ohya.. plus.. demon = sexy.

A demon is basically a Holley with better components and a better design. Ive had both a Holley 650 double pumper and a Demon 650. The demon can be a bit pickier when it comes to tuning, but overall, the Demon was the better performer, or so i thought. I never had it at the dyno, but it felt as if the demon had a bit crisper throttle response and overall power. But that may just be the bling factor that the demon had.

I have run Demon's mysef and were very happy with them. Though now I am going fuel injected so I do have a 750 and 850 cfm Speed Demon for sale if anyone is interested. Both have mechanical secondaries. I know I should probably post this in the for sale section but I'm not sure how bad I want to sell them.
