Stumble and Rich!

Sorry for posting this again in a different board, but this one seems to get the most views. I recently failed emissions with hcs being a 2.00 when the standard was .80. I have since replaced the o2 sensor, and turned the timing back to stock (4*). The car still seems to be running rich. I bought some accel plug wires universal but it came with no tool, does anyone know were to get a good tool to use for these which is cheap? I had my cat looked at, and the mechanic said it wasnt rattling at looks farly new. SHould i take it back with jsut the o2 replaced and turned down timing?

Also, my car has had a cold start problem since i bought it. Whether its 10 degrees or 80degrees out the first start of the morning brings stumbling and shaking and lots of hesitation till the car warms up, then its fine. I have tps set correctly(.54) and its jsut gotten a full tuneup besides the plug wires. COuld a coolant sensor do this? It shakes, stumbles and hesitates till it goes into closed loop. Im running out of ideas guys.
