HP from compression ?

I think this goes here if not the mods can delete or whatever. Just wondering how much hp is gained from raised compression. Say if I have two identical engines one with 8.7:1 and the other with 9.1:1 what would the gain be?

Thanks for clearing it up. I was under the impression that you got monster power from raised compression.

You would see a 2% increase in torque output.
