need a block
i just recently got a newer (mid-90s) 350, from a malibu ski boat, thats supposed to be around 325 horse power.
i got the motor for free, but the block has two large cracks in it,...(the owner never winterized it)
i am having a hard time finding a decent price on a good 350 block, if anyone has one, or knows where i can get one, id appreciate any info...(it can be 2 or 4 bolt mains, and stock bore or .030 over...)
thanks, Keith

have you tried your local salvage yards? you can normally get a 350 block fairly cheap..

The classified section would help more since that's where you're supposed to post this kinda stuff, not here.
I have a 400 block (817 casting) with 2 bolt mains that has a minor crack in one cylinder. It could be repaired with a single sleve. I will sell as is or can have it sleved if you are interested. BTW, where are you located?
