PCV...how much vacuum?

Just curious, how much vacuum should the PCV be pulling? When I check it by hand the valve will attach itself to my finger or hand. Pulls pretty hard. Is this too much?

no, it is great, means healthy engine good shape pistons rings cylinders and valvetrain, do not worry, but if you are worried then connect a vacuum guage tool to intake or base of carb and see that its inbetween 18 and 22
