Got a guy who says he can take a 00 Mitsubishi 2.4L L4 motor and doing the normal boring/porting/polishing/exhaust, bring it from 145 hp to 290 hp. Completely N/A, no turbo or juice. Kinda cracked me up when l heard that. (Course, l forgot to ask how many stickers that would involve. )

That's OK... Kid I know htat works at the gas station around the corner has a Z24 Cavalier. Told me he put an import style exhaust and a K&N Filter Charger on it and he's running 375 horse. No other modifications to the 3.1L 6 cyl. I wanted to laugh in his face, knowing that my 305 with about 240hp can toast him any day, and my brother's Mustang (I know, I know...) is a beast that really pushes 375.

He then started telling me about his Camaro, wich made 300 Hp at the Wheels, To which I replied " Mine dosent... " And all about the engine He built Himself, except lacking any Sort of detail that Might lead someone to belive he knew what he was talking about.


he then walked out and started up the Most POS, exhuast leaking, belt squeaking, Paint oxidizing V6 Sport coupe I had ever seen

Nothing wrong with having a POS car, just as long as you know it )

I argued with a guy all last semester about imports vs camaros. His mods were "downpipes for 85 hp", red interior mods, and a big *** wing. He said "A big-block camaro could not beat his car." All I could do was laugh in his face and tell him to stop smoking that stuff because there is no way ANY exhaust mod on a stock vehicle will give you 85 hp.

okey dokey...i was driving around testing my new turbos and getting used to them...i have so much power i think i can do 8 or 9 seconds!!! HA HA HA HA....so, i am at light and i see this newer style mustang 99GT i think...ford engine sux and mustang sux and domestic sux...so i look at him and rev my engine and i honk horn to get his attension, he looks over at me and see my stickaz and say to me "...yyou cant beaat me in that llittle pieccc of shiit.." i think he has problem speaking. then i see he has SVT on his GT so i say "..hey you stupid, why you have somthing that say SVT and you only have stupid GT what your problem stupid ..." then he say "...mmy buddys at my work putt itt on becausee i have alll the svt upgrades"
i just think this guy hav big speech problem...but i groe up in urban area so i hav excuse why i am illiterate...HA HA HA
HA!!! his excuse is that he trailor trash HA HA HA driving very stupid and slow american for junk HA HA!!! anyway, light turn green and i hit it at 5000 rpm but i forget abot turbo lag...since i have twin turbos i have twice the power but i also get twice the turbo lag...so stupid GT gets 2 car lenth on me!! but then my turbos fire it up and i also hit my NOS but with all the power i lose control and fly off road and hit light poll really bad!! and i hit my head against
window and am bleeding but i look up and see that mustang is at red light so i crwal out window and run accross street to
other side and win race!!!! and then i point at 99GT and laugh HA HA HA HA even i crash my 10 sec all motor 1.8 vtec i win race HA HA HA HA! stupid ford sux sux sux sux!!!

so i go over to my car and feel littl sad... then i open hood and pick up what iz left of vtec engine...nothing wrong with engine!!!! just need car body!!!! so i walking home with my engine (good honda quality) and i will go to junk yard and buy body for 1200 dollaz!!! also, icant wate to tell my uncle of latest victory!!!!!

I have seen a naturally aspirated Acura integra 4cyl run 13.5 in the 1/4mile. It was at englishtown,nj import nationals and yes I have it on tape.

 

Back when i used to work at AT&T, i was in the parking lot, hanging out on break and smoking as normal, when another employee came by and was talking to someone about her 1994 GT convertable (or whatver ugly new style convertable it was).

Anyway, she was telling someone she pushed over 500 horses because of her "mods" her boyfriend has done.

I walked up as they popped the hood, and saw *ghasp* pretty yellow spark plug wires and a new distributer cap. still had the stock air filter. hehehe. i almost wept.
