Rockers for LG4?

I have a mild replacement Crane Cam (not sure what it is, but it's not HOT, but it's hotter than stock). My father suggested that I get new rockers, and I was wondering if you guys could suggest an inexpensive replacement for the stock jobs I have in there now. Also, should I put new springs in there? I'm not looking to go full SCAA gonzo racing spec, but I want something that's good quality for less money than it's really worth.
