timing question

timing question

Hello all,
I wanna make sure my timing is ok.


I have attached a pic , Can u tell me if I am correct.
I have read the tech artical on setting your timing, And this is how im guessing there explaining it.

Can you guy tell me if this is correct?

where is the mark on the balancer?

When i go to read the timing, the mark reads 4* according to the picture.

This is for a 305 tpi lb9
