Rough Idle/ Miss
I had a problem with my car dying and not wanting to run so I first changed the ignition coil, and cap and rotor. It ran fine for about a day and then died again, bought a new holley ignition module and it ran for one day parked it went to start it and it cranked and cranked and wouldnt start. So I pop the hood and coming off my super coil I chased the wires back to where the connector from the Ignition Module and the Crane Hi-6 ignition plug together and the ignition module off the back of the distibutor was unhooked and looked like it had been for quite a while (how it would run without it I dont know) but I hooked it up and it started but ran rough. Got it home and looked and my amp gauge was horrible so I took and had my alternator redone and hooked it up and the car started and still had a rough idle and a miss. I pulled a plug and it didnt look new but it wasnt bad either. It's not that bad but it just seems that at Idle it wants to idle up and down from like 600-1000 rpms and miss out and then if you rev it up to like 2000 rpms and hold you can tell a miss there too. Is it possibly a TPS? or has someone had a similar problem, sorry it's so long I just thought a whole description would help more...

If it's missing, then at least one cylinder isn't firing. You already changed practically everything ignition-related, except spark plugs. Change the plugs and see what happens. Also check to make sure that a plug wire isn't grounding itself on the exhaust manifolds (which would short out that cylinder).
Realize that there's not a whole lot that will cause a miss, but there are many other things that can impersonate a miss.

I ordered my new plugs today and I think that this will solve my miss but the idle? It is just confusing the hell outta me trying to figure out why it is doing this, it runs at a reaally low idle and the amp gauge starts to drop like it's gonna die and it'll start cutting out and it'll die completely.

The amperage/voltage gauge dropping makes sense as the engine starts to die. The alternator isn't turning as quickly, which is outputting less power -- and the gauge shows this.

Wow, do I ever love my car
... I go to pull it into my garage today and it starts runs in and dies like someone turns the key off I'm of course pissed off so I think of every single thing I can. Then I think "check the coil" so it has a accell super coil and I take a test light and both sides have power so I'm like well if it has power lets check spark so I take a spark tester and go off the coil wire no spark.. So it's the coil right?? Well I go buy a brand new coil after like 3 hours of searching for the right one, it doesnt work??? It will not hit for nothing, I just changed the module to a holley annihalator that I bought brand new but it was from a guy off ebay so I hope that it's on ok part and I just didnt get dicked out of some money becuase to me that is exactly what it sounds like, it has to be right?????
