After many hours i found my casting # what TPI do i have?

The casting number is14093627 and i know its an 87 to 89 mainly cause its a roller cam and roller lifters, and on back of the computer it says its an 87' 89'. And i know its dosent matter what year but for me it does so i would appreciate it if one of u guys can tell me the EXACT year the motor is.
oh yeah i know its a 305 TPI.

Well, that is the block casting number. The only info that will give you is that it is an 87-91 block, roller cam, 2 bolt main, one piece rear seal.

Do you remember where you found the casting number? The block casting date is found in the same place, but on the passenger side. The casting dates look something like this "E 12 7". The "E" stands for the month of the year with "A" being the month of January, "B" being the month of February and so on thru the letters to December. In this case the "E" stands for the month of May, the fifth month of the year and the fifth letter of the alphabet. The "12" stands for the 12th day of the month. The "7" is the year of the decade.
