I'd recommend an AC-Delco over the Bosch.

There's a really good chance that the "AC/Delco" O² was made by Bosch. Same with Motorcraft on Fords. While AC Spark Plug (AC/Delco) was making O² sensors as early as 1982, Bosch was the OEM supplier for many of them before and after that. I'm not sure if Delco couldn't meet de,and on their own, or why the out-sourcing, but many original O²s have a Bosch number and name on them as well as the GM part number.
