I have some GM codes off a camaro I need to know whats wrong, help me out

Hi guys these codes are from a 87 RS 2.8 5 speed stock, anyways I have been having some problems with the idle bouncing below 1000 and then upto 2000 so I took the codes this is what I got

Flash, 2quick flashes (I assume this is code 12 and means the process of reading codes is starting)
I then got
4 quick flashes, short pause, 5 quick flashes
it flashed this code 3 times is this code 45??
and after it flashed code 12 again to let me know its finished the cycle
I am new to this so I am not sure what can be wrong with my car, can someone please help me out thankyou

...or repair the overly rich condition. If the sensor happens to be correct, you are probably running way rich for some reason. What modifications have you done, if any?

Is the air filter clean? Is the fuel pressure too high?

Just curious.

Vader is correct. Code 45 means rich exhaust DETECTED, not necessarily a bad O2 sensor. It's a starting point for your own diagnosis. Have fun!

I have done no mods its totaly stock, I have had the sensor replaced and it seemed to fix the problem of my car stalling but this was like 5months ago but it never fixed the problem with the idle rpms dropping then jumping then dropping then finally settling at 1000 its been acting really wierd, the air filter is good oil filter is good and all the spark plugs and stuff is good. I am going to try replacing the O2 sensor and the fuel pressure regulator.

Can someone please tell me how long it takes to replace the pressure regulator since I want to know what the mechanics should charge, I am not really good at the stuff myself
