Porting intake

My contender intake has been port matched as usual, But there has also been some port and polish work done to the top of the intake ( where the carb attaches) it is a dual plane intake, but the center devider has been cut down about 1/2 inch...so I am assuming I need to use a single plane gasket...Correct?

Yeap, and whats up Riley.

Since there's nothing there to support the center part of the gasket, or anything there to be a gasket for, it would fall apart anyways.

There's one on my site, in fact it's 1 of 2 I have on my site right now. www.ronterry.com
If you want more detail, just let me know and I can get some more tomorrow (Sunday)

The just of the materials come down to this;

Jegs Aluminum dash, cut to fit. If you have access or tools like press brakes & yada yada you can make this part yourself.
Autometer ultra-lites 2 5/8. Of course this is personal preference.
Longacre high amp Cut off switch. (Alt & battery)
The red lamps are patched into a Autometer tri-alart deal. I have a 4th one now, thats an alternator warning light.
Most of the electrical is patched in via weather packs & posi-locks.
The switch panel is made from 18ga mild steel.
I even added a 12 volt accessory deal, for a GTech or Radar

Right now I'm in the process of getting some tools for this summers projects. My fuel cell area and a full cage.

BTW: Sorry I missed your private message, the dang system used to popup a warning box in the past, but doesn't do that any more. The email I use here is spammed to death so I hardly use it any more. You can get me at acc367ronterry.com
