5.7 rods or 6.0 rods on stroker
I have a scat stroker crank and it says that it is desighned for 6.0 rods now I know the 6.0 rods would be better to use for many reasons but, I need to know if the 5.7 rods will work with out having any problems.
shouldn't matter at all.

They should work fine, as long as you pick the right pistons.

Theorectically,, you should be ok. However, before you get the rotating assembly balanced,,, mock up a piston rod combo and make sure the piston's wrist pin boss area clears the throws on the crank. Depending on which Scat crank you've bought,,, and if they haven't changed things recently,,, some of their cranks throws are larger than a stock 3.75 crank. If this is the case you could run into clearance problems in that area with the Scat crank,, especially with TRW or stock type piston designs.
