i need cam thrust plate specs..

i need to have a spacer made so i can mount my factory roller style cam in a older block..
if i had a extra factory cam thrust plate, id just machine the ears off and make it into a round spacer.. but i dont have a extra one..
can someone measure how thick they are, the ID and what the OD (not counting the ears) is?
or if you just have one you wouldnt mind dropping in the mail for me, PM me..
