Car: 1987 Firebird

Engine: 2.8L V6

how do you take out the fuel injectors?

i have a 2.8 firebird and i need to take the valve covers off and to do that i need to take off the intake manifold and fuel injectors, but i cant really figure out how you take them out

can someone let me know thanks
