I'm not asking anybody to post this on the boards because I know it's somewhat taboo. BUT, I need to know the possible values of the resistors in the VATS keys for a thirdgen camaro. I let my car sit in a lot for a year or so and the owner of the lot (a relative) lost the key, so I need to install a new ignition switch, which isn't a problem in itself, except that the VATS won't let the car start, so I need to bypass that. I'd rather just go buy some resistors than take a trip to the dealer to try to figure it out, so if anyone could PM me anything, it'd be appreciated.

If that is the original key and lock cylinder in the car. The dealer can tell you the key code from the VIN.
