I'm going to be running my nitrous system on a 150 shot next time out at the track,and I'm still running a holley blue pump sucking through the stock intake pump, so I was either going to drop the stock tank and remove the intake pump and replace it with a length of fuel line, or i was going to take out the stock gas tank completely and run a fuel cell somehow.

Any ideas?

I'm doing this because I talked with NOS about my situation, and they informed me that on a single 3/8inch factory fuel line, it is possible to run up to a 200HP shot of nitrous as long as their are no major restrictions in the line and I run two regulaters, one for the nitrous and one for the fuel.

 

silver solder two AN fittings on the lower rear part of the tank and run 2 lines to a fuel block.

 

why solder? is welding ok?

 

sure welding will work. silver solder because it's easier and as good if not better than welding it.
