Figuring out MPH formula/math

Hi just hopeing someone might be able to help me out here. I know that the standard way to determine MPH is RPM x Tire Diameter divided by Gear Ratio x 336. However, I realize this formula is for a 1.00 ratio tranmission gear. How would one convert this to find out MPH in say a 4th gear .70? Hope someone knows. Thanks.
