The top one is the battery feed to the blower motor high speed relay.

The bottom one supplies the ground for the blower motor, and the wires to the A/C low pressure cutoff switch.

thanks!.. when u say blower, do u mean forced induction?? do these wires come stock?

He probably means the fan for the AC and heat.
