How much would you pay for it?
My maros body has seen better days but every moving part on it is new.. thinkin about buyin my friends 305 TA.. how much do you think is a fair price? the paint is flawless and orgional, its a complete car, ws6 , interior is flawless, needs new headliner, slight dent in one fender, probably will just replace it and have it painted.. car has 80,000k on it and is in perfect running condition.. I plan on removing and selling the engine, complete tpi system, tranny, swaybars, and what ever else is removable and seeing how much money I can recoop that way, and then swap all my maro's parts n the drive train over.. does 1,300 sound like a fair deal for this car? between parting some of it out then parting the rest of my maro out I should have enough money to do this car perfect.. But is 1,300 too much?

Pictures help, but from the description you gave $1300 sounds like a steal!
One question - did they ever put 305's in a Trans Am? I thought they were all 350's.....
Regardless, I'd grab it and maybe pull stuff off the Camaro instead of tearing down what sounds like a pretty good one to begin with...

Hard to beat $1300 bucks.
TA's had 305's as well as 350's, Hell even GTA's and Formulas got 305's. Not one model line was designated for just the 350. Like the Camaro quite a few TA's are 305's
