Yes I did 
I replaced the relay (green one in the convinience center) and I re-positioned some wires up there that looked like they might be binding...hasn't buzzed since
Hope this helps...the relay was only $6 from NAPA...
EDIT: It's GM part #14089568 and NAPA/Echlin #AR740 Accesory Relay
