code 32 the returning friend

well code 32 is back, after about two weeks and it was fine for that time, and this morning it came back on ,, I had changed the muffler to a 20 dollar special, to see if the flowmaster was my problem , even though i still need to replace my cats , because one of them is half gone , shot out the tail pipes, so im going to do that eventually, and see if that takes care of it

Pino,
I would definetly take a look at your convertors. If parts of the "guts" have already broken loose and shot out the tailpipe, it is very possible that there is more debris dislodged inside the cat that hasn't been blown out yet. This will seriously impair exhaust flow, and even if it doesn't set any DTCs, it is certainly not helping performance or economy at all.

well i know the cats have no debris left in them ,, i know for a fact that one of the dual cats is half gone so im hopeing this is causing too much flow through my exhuast , which is setting off code 32 , for the fact that i have a negative pressure egr valve.
