TO ALL THE 91 AND 92 Z'S

THIS MIGHT COME AS A WEIRD QUESTION BUT I WAS WONDERING......IS THERE ANY WAY TO MAKE THE HOOD "POWER" BLISTERS FUNCTIONAL? I WAS GOING TO BUY SOME AND WAS WONDERING IF THERE WAS ANY WAY TO DO THIS.

Yes there is, unfortunatly I do not know how to do it. I have seen it done and they just cut the hole out and put some sort of screen in the hole to keep crap from falling inside of the hood. After talking with them though they all stated that they wished that they had not done it. It's to hard to keep the screens clean from debree. Hope that helps

well rain falls directly into it..think about that. The distributer is right under that thing almost so that is not good to get rain on it.

i just bought an iroc hood and i am purchasing the blisters for it as soon as i can find some for a good deal. too expen$ive!

You could do it and try to use the air box from the older fourth-gen SS Camaro's with the functional ram air. You would still have to worry about water getting into the air filter. Good Luck.
