What is this thing???
I noticed today that at the back of my V6 MPFI Camaro Engine... Just behind (towards the distributor) the Intake Manifold Plenum There is a valve, it looks like an air valve for the tires but when you push the little pin in the middle down (the pin in the valve) gas comes out. The "valve" has threads on it as if something is supposed to be screwed on to it. Is there? Am I missing something in my engine???

That's the Schrader valve. It's there so you can test the fuel pressure. That is where you can screw on a pressure gauge. The only thing that is supposed to be there is a plastic cap.
