Two Q's on parts interchangability (TPI)

Will the MAF sensor interchange between the 2.8/3.1, the 5.0 and the 5.7?
Second, are the "Y" shaped airbox's the same for the V6 and the V8?

Light weight 34.5mm stabilizer bar in front ($10 from wrecking yard)/
"wonder Bar" ($5 from wrecking yard)
23mm sta. bar in rear
Rear RS Springs (slightly softer than my Z28)
comp cam, flowmaster
TB coolantbypass/shutoff valve to heater core
powersteering cooler lines (liberated from another wrecked car of course)
MAT relocated
Ram-Air(home-made) gutted air-box
IROC ground effects/wheels GY245/50's
700R4 superior shift kit/ corvette servo(excellent shift kit btw)
home-made strut tower brace (cost $6)

Rebuilt engine and transplanted it myself.

Love this engine!

freshly painted OCT. 2000 Teal with two white stripes on the hood and deck lid

LOW performance people should drive low performance vehicles!

the y box is the same, the MAF's aren't

Are you saying that 2.8 MAF is different from 3.1 and 5.0 is different from 5.7, or v6 is different from v8 sensor?

the 2.8 and 3.1 are the same and the 5.0 and 5.7 are the same. The v6's use a 3 pin MAF and the 5.0 and 5.7 use the 5 pin MAF

2.8/3.1 MAF = AC/Delco frequency film MAF
5.0/5.7 MAF = Bosch hot-wire MAF
