Need advice on this summers mods!

Ok so I am a lot pourer then I was last summer so new heads, supercharger etc are out of the question. I will be able to burn proms by then so I do not need to worry about that.

What order do you think I should do these (keep budget in mind!)

-port and polish the heads(very very carefully) replace the seals, springs, and valves

-headers(much needed but expensive right now)

-streetable cam upgrade(what is a good 305 cam that is not to much)

-fuel pressure regulator (although i am running rich enough as it is)

She is not the fastest thing in a straight line but she sure will stick in the turns.
Hawian Orchid X-SCCA showroom stock 2 time national/ 1 time regional (not with me driving) champ 1LE 92 Z-28

-suspension parts include koni reds, eibach racing springs, weight-jacks, relocated control arms, and the list goes on for suspension; Port & polished TPI system sitting on top a fully blueprinted, balanced and matched race built 305; centerforce II clutch; custom 3.4 auburn rear, custom dual cat exhuast with hooker aerochamber muffler; 1LE fuel pump and gas tank; SS track baer braking system; griffin aluminum radiator; 6 point bolted roll cage with simpson 5 point harnesses; pioneer speaker system; sparco seats, just about as light as you can get a weekly driven 3rdgen.

Well, when you burn your own PROM, you will have some more control on fuel delivery so an AFPR would be a waste of money. I would definetly suggest headers if your car already has a cat-back exhaust system, if not, I would do that before headers. A good streetable cam for an LB9 car would be the smaller of the 2 SLP cams sold from Summit, my friend is running that in his 89 IROC and is very happy.

i'd do it all at once if it were me. since it's not i'd go cam and heads at same time, it'll save you money on gaskets in the long run not having to buy 2 sets for the intake. after the heads cam would be headers. you'd really want the headers at the same time to take advantage of the increased flow. the AFPR would be the last on my list.
