oil dipstick

i had to remove the dipstick to put on headers for my '86 camaro (305) and now i can't find the hole that it goes into. i know the general area where it goes but i just cant see/find the hole at all. can anyone help?

i also took mine out for my header installation
to put it back in, i went under the car and felt around the oil pan near the starter until i found it
it didnt seem too hard to find, its pretty obvious when you hit it, you will know you did, then you just push the dipstick back in from the top

yeah i got it in this morning by doing just that, it seemed alot harder to find at 3 a.m. 2 nights ago. haha probably shouldnt have been trying then but whatever, thanks dude!
