My guess is it's a coincident. Sounds like either the battery went dead (listen to the stereo while you did the work...say for a few hours???) or you knocked a battery connection loose.
This assumes the rapid clicking noise is the starter solenoid.

battery only a few months old, had disconnected while working on car, so im almost posative its not the battery, and i checked the connection multiple times, and its connected correctly, no corrosion or anyhting, i dont think its my starter, cause it was working fine befor i cleaned the injectors, now its not working at all, i may have wired something wrong while hooking every thing back up, any idea of what it is that i did wrong that would cause it????

I can't think of anything that removing injectors would cause this problem, just for grins, I'd take the battery cables off again and wirebrush the insides and the battery terminals.

well come to find out battery is dead, but i had it jumped and still wont turn over, i am also getter a few codes, 34, and 53, could that be because of my battery being dead or low on voltage, or sould i get a new MAP sensor?? or EGR?????

Niether the MAP or the EGR should cause the battery to die.
If the battery is really kapoot, the jumping won't get it going.
Funny it would just up and die after a day or so of working on the car.
You sure the terminals and battery posts are super-shiny and clean?
Check the water in the battery (if you can)?
