Flywheel? Torque Converter?

i keep hearing a funny noise from my flywheel/torque converter area on my 700r4. at first all i heard was a jingle type sound every now and then and now i hear like a gargle type sound in park or at idle. what could this be? flywheel to converter bolts loose maybe? can i tighten them from the inspection cover?

i just went out and took the inspection cover off and took a look.

everything looked fine i started it up and there wasnt any jiggle from either part, no cracks in the flywheel, no splits on the torque converter, tightened up the tranny pan and snapped a bolt off (oops).

i still heard the noise and it seems to be somewhere near that area though. what could it possibly be? and while i'm at it how can i fix the snapped off bolt? the head broke off clean where the threads start. ok any suggestions of what the sound could be?
