CAR IS SCREWED!!! need help ASAP!!

Engine: 5.3 Gen III SBC
Transmission: 4L80E NTC 258mm Stall
Axle/Gears: Trick Chassis 9" 3.50 S-Strac
CAR IS SCREWED!!! need help ASAP!!
I just put my headers on got a 2 1/2 y pipe with no cats, to fit with my 3 inch borla exhaust. but when I put my headers on I decided to port my base. so everything came off. now the car runs like crap. has a hard time starting and when it does It stumbles misses and backfires. It has an erratic Idle. when I start driving It jerks the car back and forth violently. I tryed to adjust the timing (its WAY off) but when dash starts to come close to the Timing tab the car runs worse. what could this be?? someone told me the distributer is a tooth off. but which way is it off? clock wise one tooth or counter clock wise. I checked the codes and came up with 23 33 34 and 42.
Would all this be associated with the timing or what?

are you setting the timing with the est unplugged? it sounds like timing problem to me. if you are checking the timing correctly i'd go back and find TDC, set the rotor to #1 and recheck the wires are going ot the right plugs.
