al of a sudden my car wont start, im sure its electrical... i jump it and all i get is a slow turn reguardless.... can yall tell me if this is starter problems ? solenoid? i got stereo,amp,lights but as soon as i hit the start button lights dim the whole 9 yards and the engine just barley turns over
