Stalling under load
When my car is idling at a light or something, it will easily stall when a load is placed on it, such as turning the wheel to engage the power steering or pushing the window down buttons when they are already down. Anyone have any ideas? It's the automatic chip in a T56 car, if that would have anything to do with it.
Oh, it also stalled today when I was coming off the highway and stopping at the light on the offramp. (when I shifted into neutral and the RPM's dropped)

I doubt it is electrical, it wouldn't cause stalling under load. How would a vacuum leak cause my symptoms? And how would I test for it?

When you were stopping on the freeway obviousely you pressed the brake and the car stalled. The powerbooster would take vacume. When you turn your wheel the RPM's will go up a little bit for a second that would cause the engine to want more vacume i belive. But when you use your windows etc thats where i get lost.
Also check the IAC and make sure it is clean and not clogged with carbon in the passage.
Listen for a hiss under the hood that should lead you to the vacume leak. Im sure there are better wasy to do this but this is how i have done it.
My car was stalling all the time in traffic etc simalar to yours it was a vacume leak.
