ok i blow a rod but the car still run just with major knocking noise.

It can maybe be rebuilt with a new rod, it depends on if there is a lot of internal damage, like a big gouge in one of the cylinder walls. But why rebuild a 305? The only cost difference to rebuild a 350 would be the price of the block. You won't notice much difference in gas mileage between a 305 and 350. But a 350 will make a lot more power.
Especially if you stuffed in, say, a fat camshaft while you're in there. As for selling the car w/ blown engine, it's hard to say without seeing it, but I doubt you'd get more than $1500, max.
