HEATING problem with car. Have replaced thermastat and water pump. Fans come on and water is flowing in and out of rad. by looks.
Car heats up sitting or driving, so that tells me its a waterflow problem. Done compression check and checks out fine.Car still runs like a champ but temp still rises to 260 and i shut it off.

Time for a cooling system flush, me thinks.

I'd flush the block, and have the radiator boiled out.

Easiest way to flush the block is to use a flush kit then run a water hose to it and let it flow out of the engine till clean water comes out.

The radiator may not be flowing as much as it should, hence not cooling as it should. Thats where boiling it out comes in.

ya that was my next thing i get car back thursday from paint shop.Fulshing block.if any other ideas please write . I do have alot of calcium buildup in rad. thinking of replacing with griffin.Be cool to $$$$
