I know this may be a retarded question, because everyones gauge acts different, but does anyone have a gauge that stays on fuel a long time then you look down and your at a 1/4 tank? Thats whats happening to me, and I don't know if I am actually at 1/4 tank or what?

I have put gas in it 10 times when its near the red mark and it has never been more than 10.5 gallons?

It's a common question and has been discussed much in the past. The fuel gauge in our cars are screwy.
