Im looking at a automatic 5.0 305 IROC. People tell me theres a 305@190hp and a 305@215 HP.. How do I know?

I assume it's an '87. Is it an carborated or TPI? Look for the RPO sticker in the glove box in the console. Find the L?? code.

LG4 = 170 hp
LB9 = 190 hp if it's auto
LB9 = 215 hp if it's manual

These are for '87 some other years are different.
