i had to take my heads off, and now that im putting everything together, i have a small problem. my ex mechanic put all these vacuum connections that i dont think were nessesary because he really didn't know what he was doing. i have the hsr installed, and i have a vacuum fitting on the back going to the brake booster, one going to the map sensor and one going to the afpr.

now you see in the picture what im puzzled at. that empty space on the T connector... does it go to the char. canister? because i see that the purge solenoid is capped off and before i had him rebuild my engine, it wasn't. and btw, is there anything dealing with vacuum that i can cap off since my heater doesnt work? thanks for all the help guys
